Rent a storage unit through your AI chat

You can rent a storage unit through your AI chat at TOP SKLAD: you ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another assistant for storage in Bratislava or Nitra, and it finds a free unit, computes the exact price and sends you one link. The link opens our confirmation page with everything filled in, and all that is left is to check the details, tick the consents and pay. As far as we know, we are the first self-storage in Europe where you can rent a unit straight from a conversation with AI.

More and more people no longer search Google for storage but ask an AI chat to put together options for them. So we made it possible for that same chat to finish the rental too, whichever assistant you use.

Below we show what such a conversation looks like with prices on 30 October 2026, how to start in each assistant, what the assistant does and does not do, and what happens to your details.

What the conversation looks like

You tell the assistant what you would tell a friend: "I need a storage unit in Bratislava, about 5 m², for three months." First the assistant asks for your e-mail, to see whether you already have an account with us. Then it loads the free units from our system and offers real figures, not an estimate.

For that question on 30 October 2026 the assistant offered unit T73 at Tomášikova: 4.94 m², a 1.30 × 3.80 m floor, 2.60 m high, on the ground floor with the car allowed onto the site. On a 3-month term with the 20% discount it cost 111€ a month, 333€ in total excluding VAT, plus a refundable deposit of one month's rent and insurance up to 2,000€ free of charge. Once you pick the unit, the assistant takes your details and sends a link to the confirmation page, which shows exactly the same sum.

If the offer does not suit you, say so straight away: I want the ground floor, I want under 60€ a month, I want Petržalka. The assistant searches again by site, floor, size and the highest monthly price and offers other free units. A sentence about what you want to store helps too: winter tyres are fine in a container, electronics and books are better in an indoor unit.

You can also ask it what you would ask us: whether a bicycle fits, whether the indoor unit is heated, how to get through the gate on a Sunday evening. Step by step

1. Open your AI chat and paste the text from the rent via your AI page, or say in your own words that you want a unit at TOP SKLAD.
2. The assistant asks for your e-mail, the city, the size and the term: 1, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, or exactly to a date, at least 31 days.
3. It offers free units with their dimensions, door and price. You pick one.
4. For a new customer it takes the name, phone, date of birth and address. A company needs only its IČO.
5. It sends you a link. On our page you check the order, tick the consents and pay.
6. Your access details arrive right after payment, and you can go to the unit the same day: access is 24 hours a day.

How to start in any AI chat

ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Grok, Le Chat. Paste the text from the rent via AI page. The assistant reads our file for assistants and follows it: prices and free units come from our system at that moment, not from its memory. It works with every assistant that can read web pages.

Assistants with connectors, such as Claude. You can add our own connector once and never copy anything again. In Claude open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, enter the name TOP SKLAD and the address https://mcp.top-sklad.com/mcp. From then on, in any conversation it is enough to say that you are looking for storage, and the assistant loads the free units and the price and prepares the order itself.

What the assistant does and does not do

• Prices and availability always come from our system at that moment. The sum it tells you is the sum on the confirmation page.
• The unit is not reserved until it is paid. If somebody else rents it meanwhile, the page offers you other free units.
• The link and the price hold for 7 days. Prices move with occupancy, so it pays not to wait.
• Consents, sign-in and payment always happen on our page, never in the chat. The assistant signs nothing and pays nothing on your behalf.
• A promo code can be given to the assistant, and it is applied to the price.
• Higher insurance cover and a request for paid moving help go into the order too, if you ask for them.

What happens to your details

The assistant takes only what the contract needs: name, phone, date of birth and address, or the IČO for a company. The phone is not a formality: the site gate opens on a call from exactly that number (at Holíčska the building door opens with a personal code from your account). If you already have an account with us, the assistant needs only your e-mail and the page asks you to sign in with your password.

The details go only to us, into the prepared order. The link holds for 7 days. If you do not use it, we delete the personal details from the unused order 30 days after it expires.

Common mistakes

1. A price from the assistant's memory. If the assistant names a price without loading it from our system, ask it to follow our file for assistants. Only the sum on the confirmation page counts.
2. A link left for next week. The unit is not reserved and the price holds for 7 days. Whoever pays first gets the unit.
3. A wrong phone number. That number opens the site gate; with a typo you will call the gate in vain.
4. Guessing the size. Tell the assistant what you want to store, not only how many square metres. If a wardrobe is coming, the 0.80 m door matters.

When you do not need an AI chat

• You have already chosen a unit. Ordering on the site takes about 10 minutes, and a chat will not make it faster.

What TOP SKLAD offers

We run six sites in Bratislava and one in Nitra, 527 units in total; on 30 October 2026, 67 were free, from 0.99 to 14.40 m². The indoor units are at Holíčska and Tomášikova, the container storage units at Dúbravka, Gessayova, Kaukazská, Pionierska and in Nitra. Access is 24 hours a day, and the sites are fenced and covered by recording cameras.

Prices exclude VAT. 23% VAT is added where the location's landlord is VAT registered: always in Nitra, in Bratislava for companies with a VAT number. You see the exact sum before you pay, the same on the page as in the assistant's answer.
