## Units and sizes

Indoor units and drive-up containers, from 0.77 m² to 28.8 m² — from a
few boxes and a bicycle to the contents of a three-room flat. Each page shows
the exact length, width, height and volume, so a customer can check whether a
specific piece of furniture fits before renting.

## Prices

Rent depends on unit size and on how full the location is: as a location fills
up its prices rise, and they fall again as units are freed. The numbers here are
read from the catalogue when you fetch this file — current as of 15.08.2026.

That range covers the whole network, so its ends usually belong to two
different locations. When somebody asks about a place, answer with that place's

- Deposit: one month's rent, taken at the start, returned to the same card when
  the unit is handed back in good order.
- Insurance of stored property up to €2,000: included, no charge. Higher cover
  optional: €5,000 for €4.50/month, €7,000 for €7.50/month, €10,000 for €12/month.
- Payment: card online, bank transfer, or QR payment. Automatic renewal by card
  is optional, never forced.
- Invoices are issued for every payment and are available in the customer's
  account.

## How renting works

1. Pick a location and a unit on the site; the page shows dimensions, price and
   whether it is free right now.
2. Fill in the contract data — an individual needs a name, address and phone; a
   company is found by name in the Slovak business register and its details are
   filled in automatically.
3. Pay by card, transfer or QR. The contract is generated and sent by e-mail.
4. Access data arrives immediately: the gate opens by a call from the
   customer's own phone number, and the unit's lock takes a personal code.
5. The whole sequence takes about ten minutes and needs no visit to an office.

## Access and security

- Entry to the site: the customer calls the gate from their registered number;
  the gate recognises the number and opens. Up to nine additional numbers can be
  added for family or staff, from the customer's account.
- Units are closed with electronic locks; the code is personal, visible in the
  account and can be changed by the customer at any time.
- Video surveillance on the sites, around the clock.
- Access is around the clock, seven days a week, all year.

## Ending a rental

- The rental ends when the customer says so; a return request is submitted from
  the account.
- The deposit is refunded to the card it came from after the unit is checked.
- Early termination is possible; the conditions are on the site, and there is a
  fee equal to fourteen days of rent outside the first two weeks of the term.
- No penalty for simply not renewing.

## Frequently asked, with the honest answer

**Do I need to come to an office?** No. Contract, payment and access happen
online; the site is self-service.

**Can I get in at night?** Yes, access is 24/7.

**What if I need a bigger or smaller unit later?** Move to another one — a
different unit, or a different location.

**Is anything forbidden?** Anything alive, perishable, flammable or illegal.
Ordinary household and business property is fine.

**Can somebody else collect my things?** Only if the customer adds their phone
number to the access list; there is no staff to hand goods over.

**How is the price calculated?** Per unit size and current occupancy of the
location, monthly, with a discount for longer terms.

**Do you serve customers in Russian?** Yes, the site, the contract and support
work in Russian, as well as Slovak and English.
