This Privacy Policy describes the processing of personal data in connection with the use of top-sklad.com and the provision of warehouse lease services by TOP SKLAD s. r. o., IČO: 56490411, DIČ: 2122323126 (the Controller), in compliance with the GDPR and Slovak law.

Payment: transaction status and identifiers via the payment gateway (the Controller does not store card data).

Contract conclusion and performance, account creation and administration, order handling and service provision: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Legal obligations (accounting, tax, record retention): Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Legitimate interests: protection of rights, security, fraud prevention, pursuit/defence of claims, service-related communications — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Marketing communications (subject to consent), analytics and marketing cookies: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
5. Sources
Directly from the data subject (site forms, registration, order), from operational logs, and from the payment service provider in the scope of transaction confirmation.
6. Recipients and processors
Payments: Tatra banka, a. s. (card processing; no card data stored by the Controller).
Web hosting, IT and operational services, e-mail/CRM, accounting and tax services.
Public authorities as required by law.
Data processing agreements are in place under Art. 28 GDPR.
7. Transfers to third countries
Processing is primarily within the EU/EEA. Transfers to third countries may occur for certain services (e-mail/CRM) subject to appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR (standard contractual clauses) and risk assessment. Details available upon request.
8. Retention
Contractual and accounting records: for the term of the contract and subsequently for statutory periods (typically 10 years for accounting; longer where necessary to establish/defend claims).
Account and logs: for the duration of service use and a reasonable period thereafter for security and record-keeping.
Marketing (consent): until consent is withdrawn or objection is raised; withdrawal is recorded.
Cookies: per their respective lifetimes (see section 9).

Necessary: essential for the site to function; legal basis — legitimate interest/Art. 6(1)(f) or applicable e-communications rules; no consent required.

11. Automated decision-making
No automated individual decision-making under Art. 22 GDPR is carried out. Analytics/marketing segmentation may occur based on consent without producing legal effects.
12. Security
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are applied under Art. 32 GDPR. Payments are processed solely via Tatra banka, a. s.; card data are not stored by the Controller.
13. Complaints and supervision
Data subjects may lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (ÚOOÚ SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.
14. Final provisions
This Policy is effective upon publication on the Portal and may be updated. Updates will be published on the Portal and apply as of their effective date.
Matters not regulated herein are governed by the GDPR and Slovak law.
